Job Responsibilities:
- Deal with employee
- Support all employee life cycle matters relating to HR, ensuring these are timely and accurate and in adherence to company procedures
- Assist with the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Keep track of all the details of the employees
- Maintain the HR inbox and escalate queries where necessary
- Work alongside payroll to support any queries relating to absence, pay, or benefits
- Manage time logs
Requirements:
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the field of HR
- Limited experience of managing HR agenda
- Solid HR administration skills with ability to manage assigned tasks with accuracy and confidence
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Extensive background in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with strong typing skills and attention to detail
