JOB OVERVIEW

We are small team in California specializing in online sales and retail arbitrage. We have been in business for over 3 years, and generated roughly $1 Million USD in revenue last year. We operate in several different ecommerce channels, including Ebay, Bonanza, Etsy, and Amazon. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to working full time, under direct supervision of the owner, with managing our accounts, listing products, answering customer emails, and assisting with our day to day reporting and activities. We will provide training and help you grow your skills. Must be able to work 2:00PM – 11:00PM PST, Monday through Friday, and on call Saturday and Sundays PST.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and questions from our customers in our ecommerce channels; research technical questions and provide answers; sort and archive completed emails; create a daily list of messages for approval.
- Purchase items online using several different accounts quickly and accurately / Product research of profitable items
- Create online posts for items to sell on Ebay, Etsy, and Amazon, including editing, uploading pictures, and copywriting; must be able to input UPC codes, product details, verify working links, and find stock photos. We will provide you with the pictures and overlays, and templates for posting the item.
- Track daily sales from sales channels to be completed everyday
- Manage health of sales channels and seller dashboards, communicate with ecommerce CSRs to resolve issues relating to negative feedback or items not received, open / follow through with cases
- Create step by step procedurals for reoccurring tasks and reports
- Manage and create lists of on going and completed tasks
- Generating shipping labels, reconcile orders and returns, issuing refunds and other various tasks and reports

Your Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong and reliable internet connection, preferably 25Mbps or faster
- Fast and reliable PC and ---------- with Skype and ----------
- Excellent English, both communication and writing
- Photo Editing - snipping tool, image overlaying and banners, resizing.
- Experience with Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, shopify, or any other Ecommerce platform.
- Excellent knowledge of PC, Skype, Google docs, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of LastPass, Terapeak, Helium 10, Ebates is a plus!

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Comfortable working directly under the owner of the business
- Able to work independently and stay on track with minimal supervision or instruction, especially during downtime
- Always on time and able to be "on-call" to help out at any given notice
- Not afraid to ask questions, and always willing to learn
- Willing to work long term (2+ years) and dedicated to see the company grow
- Trustworthy, honest, and reliable without excuses
- Tech Savy and up to date with the latest computer application and technologies

Applicants will be tested with answering sample emails, photo editing, and verification of PC/internet/Smartphone specs.
Final selected applicants will require a ---------- minute skype video interview.
Pay starts at $90.00 per week with bonuses and 13th month pay. Payment will be made weekly via Paypal. We will provide a review after 90 days with possible salary increase based on performance.
