Amazon Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, smart, ambitious, virtual assistant with outstanding strong written and communications skills, leadership traits, and potential to assist our team to:

? Lead our Amazon storefront and seller central operations
? Assist inventory, pricing, and reporting management
? Develop, manage, and report sales and sales tax data
? Develop and assist returns and refund paperwork management
? Update existing and create new Amazon virtual storefront listings including graphic and photo-related development
? Develop, implement, review, and report custom SEO optimization and Amazon promotion strategies
? Optimize Amazon storefront listing and optimize search engine rankings
? Optimize keyword research, make recommendations, and embeds storefront listings
? Monitors and creates weekly performance and sales metrics
? Recommends SEO strategies, measurable goals of promotion campaigns

Required Experience:

? More than 5 years Amazon storefront management using Amazon tools
? More than 3 years of proven SEO experience
? Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
? Expertise with Amazon’s ranking factors and search engine algorithms
? In-depth experience with analytics tools
? Expertise in analyzing high volumes of data daily
? Expert user with Microsoft Office products, WordPress, and other content management systems
? Excellent written, oral, and Interpersonal communication skills
? Critical thinker, team player, can deal with open ended projects/ tasks
? Self-starter, ambitious, comfortable working independently

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s)
