JOB OVERVIEW

Qualification :
Must be a licensed nurse w/PRC Identification Card
Preferably with training in:
Basic Life Support (BLS),
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and
Physical Therapy (PT)
Experience in a corporate setting is a plus

Job Description
? Provides operational HSE support for all activities associated with the permitting and day-to-day operation of the office. Implements health, safety and environment plans, programs, and procedures and maintains compliance with various regulatory permits issued by local, and national authorities.
? Implements internal HSE Management Systems to ensure compliance.
? Enforces Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures for compliance with Openit HSE systems and best practice communication to workforce.
? Assists in the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment, permit applications and other regulatory submittals.
? Liaises with local officials on health matters.
? Conducts or arranges HSE training and HSE induction for new employees, and visitors.
? Identifies HSE training requirements for personnel.
? Provides Health, Safety and Environmental expertise and advice for all employees.
? Participates in incidents investigation as they occur, and lead as appropriate.
? Initiates and implements changes to operational practices associated with support and operational activities to enhance safety and environmental effectiveness.
? Schedules and leads regular HSE meeting.
? Records and analyses of HSE data in order to provide information for Open iT work hours and incident reporting systems.
? Maintains in-country Emergency Response Plans to cover oil spills, fires, medical, operational incidents, along with other safety and security plans, as necessary.
