Responsible for effectively and efficiently planning, directing and controlling the company's overall financial plans and policies, accounting practices, and relationship with banks and other financial institutions, external auditors and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include organizational management, preparation and analysis of financial statement for management purposes/external purposes, budgeting, funds management.
