Hi, I am looking for a virtual assistant to help us with a variety of research or administrative tasks. In particular, my requirements are:
1. Must speak English fluently in writing and spoken
2. Must be available during a significant portion of USA business hours.
3. Must be willing to meet on live Zoom meetings with my team and me, and also with clients from time to time. This means you must look professional and have a professional video background (virtual background in Zoom is ok). Must also have a quiet workplace.
4. Must be willing to join Slack for chat
5. Must have experience in the digital marketing industry, in general. Research & admin projects may vary widely, but we are a digital marketing consulting firm and help companies analyze the services they are receiving. Although I do also own a digital marketing firm (which may hire you also part-time), this business does not actually deliver services...we help clients analyze and recommend improvements to what they're already paying for.
6. Must have an exceptionally high level of professionalism, accountability, and stellar communication skills.
7. Must be willing to go through any sort of training, classes, or educational programs required to do the job. We will pay your hourly fees, and pay for any training, but you've got to be willing to work hard to study if assigned educational work.
Although the tasks will vary WIDELY, here are some examples:
1. We have a new client who is launching a software service. We have a list of their competitors and need to study their competitors to produce a comparative chart that lists features of their software, and the competitor's programs.
2. Data analysis - You must be able to study a wide variety of reports about digital marketing (website audits, PPC data, SEO data,
