Creative Designer for poster designs and other products

We are searching for a creative and motivated designer, who will create designs for posters and other products. We will provide graphics, fonts and the concepts for the designs. Your job is to take our idea and create a beautiful design. Doing so, you can use your creativity and own ideas to improve our designconcept or to create designs completely on your own. The payment per design will depent on the complexity of the design and the time needed to create it. We will make sure, to keep your income on a fair level, no matter what kind of designs you will be working ---------- plex designs will be payed higher, simple designs will be paid less but can be created quickly in large numbers, to get the same income per hour.

We are searching for a designer who will learn and grow with us. If the team is happy with the work results, the partnership will be longterm with open end. If the designs are succesfulll we will provide bonus payments, so that you will profit financially of your best designs. After 6 months we will provide payed days off and the option to take additional unpaid days off, if needed.

We are a young and motivated team, located in germany. We are not just searching for a designer, but for a long term partnership in which we work together to grow our business together.

The job requires advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as english skills in writing, creativity and reliability

Payment:
1,50 USD - 2,00 USD/Design depending on the complexity of the design

At least 10 designs / day worth 1,50 USD
