JOB OVERVIEW

Greetings new team member,

We are a company run by ladies and we hiring new staff to our team to tackle our customer service inquiries. We are a health and beauty company and our #1 goal is to help women feel beautiful and more confident in their bodies. That's fun!!! Isn't it?

We will train you on how to answer all our customer service questions and inquiries. You need to have a problem-solving skill set, typing skills, your own computer, your own stable internet connection, the ability to follow instructions and be comfortable enough to reach out to us and ask questions when you need help or are not sure. We are super friendly and always happy to help.

We currently have a shift in the USA Eastern time zone.
Work Schedule:- The week goes from Sunday to Thursday
Training hours: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
After Training: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST (including 1 hour break)

Pay:
30 days training / probation period salary at: $1.60/hr
After 30 days of training / probation period, salary increases to: $2.10/hr
(PLEASE NOTE: After the 30 day training period, we will automatically switch to full-time 8 hour shifts instead of 4 hour shifts.)

We do increase the pay rate, over time, based on your work ---------- , there is no set time to increase the pay since we do pay raise increases as a company and not just one team member at a time. At the same time, our commissions are very attractive and could easily surpass your regular hourly rate.

The training is a part time position requiring 20 hours per week. That is 5 days and 4 work hour shifts per day.
We pay via PayPal on a bi-weekly schedule.

PLEASE NOTE: After the 30 day training period, hours will change to 8 hour shifts instead of 4 hour shifts.
The hours would be USA Eastern time zone:
Shift hours: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM (including 1 hour break)


You must be independent.

You must be a quick learner.
You must have the ability to troubleshoot, research and solve problems.
You MUST READ AND WRITE ENGLISH VERY WELL!!!
You must be patient.
You must be SUPER consistent and efficient.
