Outbound Sales Associate

Experience

Must have experience with cold calls (Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate cold calling is required)

Prior Real Estate Script experience and Objection Handling experience is preferred

Prior experience talking to U.S. Citizens regularly is a definite plus.

Previous experience sending or emailing literature, brochures, catalogs, and other campaign material is a plus

Experience with CRMS is a plus in particular KVCore

Experience setting appointments around another person's schedule


Job Requirements


*** Must have an Outgoing, Friendly, and a Helpful *** personality on the phone

Solid Internet / with back up, Strong work ethic, Strong communication, solid accountability, and reporting skills


Daily Breakdown


Cold Calling, Expireds, Forsale by Owners, and Bulk Lists along with texting if you can

Add prospects to a Database, maintain and update database of Clients with complete information and emails

Must, pay attention to details (Keeping Note of Dates and Prospect Details) Getting Names, Numbers, Birthdays, and email addresses entered correctly.

The goal is to book a minimum
*** 7-30 Solid Listing appointments a week ***With 7-30 Solid Buyer Appointments on the Side**

Must be a Loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and is on track to meet goals.

Must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement
