Full-time / Mon-Fri / 8hrs/day / 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM Manila Time (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles)

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has led teams and the Marketing department with proven marketing strategies, project management, and leadership ---------- tail Oriented is a must and keen advertising eye is a plus.

Responsibilities:

*Lead a the company’s marketing team consisting of Web Developer, Graphics Designer, Lead generator, and Content Writer.
*Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
*Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
*Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
*Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts
*Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
*Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Qualifications

*Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field
*Experience in creating digital marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
*Experience in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
*Experience in a leadership role

Agapay is a payment processing company that gives back to the community by donating 5% of profits to nonprofits and charities. We are located in Orange County, Southern California. Our company is growing and we are looking to expand our sales force. We currently have a great team of VA's in PH and looking to expand to keep up with the fast-paced growth of the company.
