Video and Graphics Editor/PA

Assistant required to carry out the following roles.
Ideally we seek a single candidate who can edit video and generally assist with Wordpress website maintenance, brochure preparation and email marketing.

Competent Use of the following software required
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Elements
Mailchimp/Aweber
Wordpress

Job to include

Produce PDFs brochures in Adobe indesign with a good knowledge of illustrator and Photoshop. Use of templates. Preparation of maps in illustrator.

Wordpress website to be maintained and updated with video, PDFs and JPEG images as per current web content.

Twitter and other social media posting relating to content produced.

Mailchimp or aweber email marketing and mailing list maintenance.

Preparation of Real Estate Video editing to a basic template for commercial property like those already uploaded to my website
Usually each video will be around 2-3 minutes.
Adobe premiere elements used currently. May require collaboration on voiceover.
Upload videos and maintain YouTube account.

All video footage to be supplied unedited together with still photo jpegs and descriptions and tables with floor areas. Templates can be seen by downloading existing pdf brochures from my website

All information and source files to be shared in Dropbox.
Own computer & software required. I use a Mac
Email and FaceTime preferred for communication.

I am a real estate broker in United Kingdom specialising in commercial property.

I am looking for an assistant to carry out all of the above tasks. I appreciate the skill set might need two people. Part time to start with the possibility to become full time soon.
