Amazon FBA shop Virtual Assistant

I'm starting an Amazon FBA shop and I need someone with experience to help me set it up and grow it into a profitable business. Virtual Assistant will be responsible for product research, sourcing, logistics, listing management, inventory management, PPC management, customer service, and working together with me to run the store.
At least two years of experience managing E-Commerce stores REQUIRED. Candidates with proof of managing successful shops before will be given priority.
The Virtual Assistant needs to be motivated to grow the store and increase profits. Bonuses will be awarded based on the store's performance.
