We are a caregiving agency that provides caregivers to seniors in their homes. The seniors count on us to find the right caregiver (personality, skills, temperament) to help them in their homes. You must enjoy talking on the phone, personable, patient, and able to work with urgency without being stressed. Knowledge of scheduling/staffing for home care or hospice or home health. The ideal candidate will have great phone etiquette, professional demeanor, ability to establish rapport with clients and caregivers, and communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. Only people with an outgoing and compassionate personality is a must to be successful in this role.

The challenges of the job involve finding the right caregiver to match with the days, times, needs, location, and personality of the client.


Job Duties:

- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, families, and other parties
- Manage caregiver & client schedules to ensure all shifts are always covered & care plans are met
- Identify the needs of client's and manage all scheduling of appropriate home care aides based on skillset and availability
- Engage directly and regularly with our clients and caregivers to resolve problems
- Contact with caregivers and clients regarding day-to-day schedule/care changes via text, phone and/or email
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects to schedule consultations
- Maintain communications / caregiver / client data and pertinent information into ClearCare Online
- Represent the agencies at all times in a professional, ethical and loyal manner
- Maintain compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times
- Collect feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide information to prospective clients and follow up with them
- See that all measures are taken to protect client privacy and dignity
- Process & complete shifts from the previous day

- Expectations: respond within 5 minutes when the management team communicates with you.

Qualifications:

* Worked in staffing or scheduling for California based company
*1 year BPO experience: customer service & sales
*Minimum 1-year scheduling experience
*Bachelor’s degree required
*Able to take initiative, prioritize & multi-task
*Act decisively and maintain discretion
* Comfortable in working with team and also independently with minimal direction
*Exceptional communication skills
*Working knowledge with Gsuite, Asana,

* Good written and verbal communication skills (Minimal or no accent English)
* Headset
* 2 monitors
* Backup computer
* Backup power supply
* Internet speeds of 10-15MB
