I need an editor for youtube.

I am starting a youtube channel and need someone who can edit my videos. I have work and school so I don't really have the time to record and edit. My videos can sometimes be an hour of recorded content and I would prefer paying per each video. I record gaming videos for my channel. A good idea of what type of editing I would like would be editing in the youtube video "THAT CAN'T BE GOOD... I Darkwood - Part 8" I would like to further discuss payment if interested.
