Are you an experienced, reliable and determined WordPress developer?

My London-based web design agency is growing and I'm looking for an additional, highly reliable WordPress developer to join our team on a full time basis (30-35 hours per week).

I already have 3 full time Filipinos on my team, including a full time developer who you will be working alongside to share work with. I have lots of positive experience working with Filipinos and have also lived in Manila for a few months myself in the past - I'm a big fan of the Philippines :)

It would be a significant advantage if you're able to work UK business hours rather than local business hours, although this wouldn't be essential. Similarly, if you would be comfortable providing technical support via email to our UK clients directly
in the event of unexpected technical issues coming up, this would be very helpful - but isn't essential and generally wouldn't be needed often anyway.

Our preferred set up for standard brochure websites is Genesis + Beaver Builder and ideally you should have plenty of experience with Beaver Builder in particular. You should also have experience creating more advanced sites with features like membership, e-commerce and subscriptions, as these projects come up from time to time. Experience with Toolset and WPML would be a big ---------- would be helpful if you have some familiarity with Git - we don't actively use it at the moment but we'd like to start doing so in the near future, particularly with your addition to the team meaning there will now be multiple ---------- your response I’d like you to answer a couple of additional questions: 1) Do you have any interest in green business / sustainability / eco-friendly lifestyles? If so, please tell me about an example of how you’ve demonstrated this. 2) What do you feel are your best and worst personal qualities?
