JOB OVERVIEW

I´m a german Business owner since 20 years with different startups. I’m looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with excellent SEO skills to be my SEO virtual assistant. We have 10 german blogs in 2 niches.

Summary
# This is not an entry-level assistant position. You MUST have at least 4 years experience working remotely as a SEO and link builder.
# Linkbuilding, Offpage, Onpage and Social Media Marketing Skills needed
# This is a part-time role, starting between 10-20 hours per ---------- pending on how we work together, this could increase up to 80 or 160 hours per month (only when you have so much time).
# It's also remote, so you can work anywhere in the US, AUS or Europe / during German business hours. We communicate via email, chat and phone.
# We work fair for all with hub staff Time Tracking.

Tasks and Responsibilities
# Manage website, including uploading blog posts, scheduling social media posts
# every day find for every blog 1-3 ---------- competitor links DA25+
# work with this tools: rankerx, Jarvee, GSuite, GSA Ser, GSA Content generator, ahref, scrapebox
# generate unique images with Canva
# generate PBN with RankerX
# Update buzzport Podcast
# On-Page Optimization with PageOptimizer Pro (POP) and Surferseo

Knowledge & Skills
# you know how to get websites into the google top10 (MUST HAVE)
# High level of experience with Google Apps
# Ability to quickly learn new software applications like wordpress, ahref, KWfinder,
# Capability to set up new systems and processes in order to streamline business and personal functions

Education and Experience
? At least 4+ years experience as SEO
? Ability to handle several emails and requests per/ day
? Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
? Highly organized and efficient
? Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
? Forward-thinker who can proactively handle circumstances and situations to head off any crisis situations
? Experience On-Page
? Must be reachable during the hours of 7:30AM - 5:30PM GMT+1 and respond to messages within 2 hours
? Top notch communication via email and phone, internally and with customers
? Proven ability to prioritize tasks
? Perfectionist, super attention to detail
? Since this is a virtual position, must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
? Must be comfortable developing and working in a virtual relationship, and having limited amount of face-time
