Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Work from home with our Real Estate Team. Call handling of inbound and outbound calls. Will be responsible for taking calls and calling people that may have an interest in selling a house, gathering all information needed and entering it into our CRM.

Responsibilities:
1) Marketing - website, daily social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, twitter, Craigslist nationally)
2) Real Estate identity- A) Listing Agent/Wholesale Real Estate (For Sale By Owners, Absentee Listings, Chris Chico ) B) New Construction C) Luxury Real Estate and Condos D) National Referral Agent E)

3) Calling past construction clients and letting them know about our Real Estate services and to download our Real Estate App

4) Daily investment Opportunity Search on MLS, making offers
5) Handle all inquiries from Clients, MLS, Form Simplicity, Calendar and scheduling

Salary, TBD + commission
