JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB POSTING FIRST:
This job is mainly to focus on speaking and texting with potential sellers in the Philadelphia region of Pennsylvania. Your duties will be to select from pre-written quick replies in order to field many text messages at once. You need to juggle multiple text messaging conversations, and know when you have a strong, potential seller so that you can transfer them over to us, and we can close the ---------- the future, your duties may also include cold-calling potential sellers, as well as assisting with other marketing duties, such as emailing and ringless voicemail campaigns. This will start as 2-days a week, and turn into a Full-Time Position as long as you are able to complete your ---------- pensation:
You will be paid $4.00 (U.S. Dollars) an hour, with a $50.00 bonus for each deal that you are involved with us purchasing.

Job Growth: This position will be full time with duties starting at text messaging and going to calling potential sellers, finding houses that are for sale by owner, and running comps.
Current Work Responsibilities:
• Use text message communication to effectively speak to potential sellers.
• You will need to think on your feet and make good choices when selecting a pre-crafted quick reply to repetitive questions.
• You will need to use Google Chat to contact us, and let us know, quickly, when you have a seller who you feel is a good candidate.
Possible Future Work Responsibilities:
• You will need to effectively communicate with potential Sellers about selling their home
• You will need to effectively run comps on properties, using our own personal spreadsheet.


Qualifications:
• Common sense and good judgment
• Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
• Quick Starter.
• 1-2 years of telemarketing and/or some type of client interaction
• 1-2 years of administrative work required
• Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.
• No Real Estate Experience Required but preferred.
• High School Diploma. College not required, but preferred
• Reliable Phone and Internet Connection.
• You will need to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement before working for us. All of our information and materials is proprietary.

Hours:
11:00AM-7:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday.

Must Have the Following:

Tech-Savvy: You have the aptitude to learn new programs quickly and are able to troubleshoot common issues. Well versed in Google Office Suite, Mailchimp, internet navigation and all social media aspects. Knowledge of CRM programs and DocuSign is a plus but not required.

SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused. You excel at following up and following through and love checklists. You are resourceful and have the ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly. You work well independently,

Proficient in English: Your writing and speaking skills are excellent and reflect a high level of professionalism.

Perfectionist - within reason: You like things done the right way. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. You also understand the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines. “Excuses” are not in your vocabulary.

A People Person: energetic and friendly, you know how to effectively communicate with people verbally and in written form. You are a solutions-oriented person and Keep Calm and Carry On. You are great at empathizing with clients and are great at building and fostering relationships.

A Great Listener: We aren’t looking to you to force someone to sell us their property. We will do the “selling” part of the job. We are looking to you to be a great listener, comment on what people are saying, and try to relate to them. You need to be able to think of other things to say to people that show that you are actively listening to them.
