Video Editor for a Crafting Vlog YT Channel

I'm looking for an editor that can maintain the "low production/goofball" nature of my channel through editing. My videos run from 12 to 20 minutes long. They typically include blooper clips, intro, project video, outro. I am looking for a two day turnaround time. My goal is three videos per week, but at first it will be one to two.

Once a month, I need to be able to post an unboxing immediately, which I will do ---------- has to be "same day". I would not mind adding a little polish, but not much. I have kept my channel very rough on purpose.
