JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
Check and validate all submitted files before proceeding with the process
Submit all the files and documents to the customer's appropriate lender/collection agency for processing
Communicate with the lender/collection agency to gather information regarding pending request or approvals.
Maintain constant communication with other lenders and collection agencies
Provide proper customer service and informing them about the program and the progress of their application
Generate reports and update trackers in a timely manner
Ensure everyday productivity by hitting daily targets
Requirements
At least 1-3 years relevant experience working in a similar position or QC/QA position
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a Call Center Environment
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
* 8GB of RAM
* Neutral to American Accent
* Good communication skills
* WFH as of the moment but willing to be office-based once GCQ is lifted

Shift: Monday to Friday (11:30PM to 8:30AM)
