Amazon Product Manager (Corrdination, Analysis, & Negotitation)

Do you love seeing a project come to life? We are a global selling company that helps bring consumer goods with AI and zero waste.

Your job will involve less AI since there's a lot more human coordination (coordinating with our China sourcing agent, coordinating with the factory for production timeline, coordinating with our design manager to ensure design is done, coordinating with logistics to ensure items get to USA/Europe on time, coordinating with the product listing manager and tracking the success of the new product launch.

This is a heavy project/product management ---------- is primarily KPI driven.

At our company, we only care about getting the job done. I don't want there to be politics, excuses, or wasted time. If you do not like what you do, there's no point to do it. We also don't move at Philippine time (sorry if that sounded bad); we are an international company and when a job needs to get done, it just needs to get done. I don't track your time (I don't require screenshots or time tracker), but we all have KPIs and need to get them done. I work on most weekends because most of the time we are behind... you can expect a culture that works always as needed. I will also respect your time off request as I understand the need for work life balance. This is NOT a job for just putting in your time... because the company's future is at stake and I want to make sure everyone working in it 1) loves what they do and 2) will not lose a job because of someone's mess up.

The job is simple in that this is what you need to do in logical sequence:
1) I will provide a new product for sourcing
2) You and me will work with the sourcing agent (ideally in the future, you will do that 100%)
3) We figure out which factory we want to work with
4) You will coordinate with design team to create all the packaging/user manual/design & with the factory
5) You will coordinate with the finance person to get the funds ready to remit
6) You will coordinate the logistics yourself (as well as the person in charge of logistics) for both delivery timeline and delivery cost
7) You will ensure the listing details are up on Amazon (and other sales channel)
8) You will ensure no issue getting the goods to fulfillment warehouse
9) You will ensure the goods are also not just sitting and not selling (advise the need for promotion, ad spend adjustment or try new marketing content)

While you do not need to have expertise in any one of those area... you should have a very good understanding of project management (timeline and cost and KPIs).

There will be 3 rounds of interview:
1) here with the questions: ----------
2) with the local PH team (via zoom)
3) with me (once the local PH team does the interview)
