Web App Developer Needed

I am looking to develop a web app that creates a social media content ---------- should ask the person what day they want to start the 12 month calendar on, and it will ask some other questions and then create a social media calendar that can possibly integrate with Gmail calendar or just produce a Google Sheet or online calendar all filled out etc. I have a google sheet that actually works and produces exactly what I am asking you to develop. (you can even enter the date and it populates 12 months on the Google Sheet), but I want to convert this sheet to a web app.
