Jr. Web Designer

Minimum Requirements:
-2+ years of previous employment as a Website Designer in any agency/studio setting.
-Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
-Can overlap at least 3 hours East Coast USA time zone (9am-5pm M-F)
-High Attention to Detail
-Strong Work Ethic
-Ability to create Aesthetically pleasing website designs for businesses whilst maintaining their intended functionality, to generate business.
-Ability to develop basic branding as required.

Responsibilities:
-Learn to efficiently navigate the Duda CMS platform. An account will be provided.
-Understanding of the underlying mechanics of a Business Website
-Strong knowledge of UX and its role in shaping website design/copy depending on the intended viewer.

MAIN TASKS:
-Work with the CEO to Design Custom Industry Specific Business Generic Website Templates, in a timely manner that is aesthetically pleasing and effective for business generation.
-Work with Clients to Customize their websites to their specific business needs.
-Ensuring each design contains a consistent color scheme, font schema, and accurate client information as provided in a design brief.

Starting Salary = $550+ USD per month + SSS + HC (est. total = $600)

Additional Bonus if you have CSS/HTML experience.
