Responsibilities
?Process all incoming applications timely and accurately per prescribed guidelines.
?Ensure applications are free of errors prior to processing.
?Record required information from government websites into CRM.
?Communicate with customers to fix errors and communicate next steps
?Communicate on the customer’s behalf to government agencies via telephone and fax.
?Maintain processing logs and proper notations in CRM.?Act as an escalation representative for customer service issues when necessary.
?Communicate with external sales and customer service teams as needed.
?Provide feedback on issues to Lead Processor and Call Center Operations Manager.
?2+ Years of customer service experience
?2+ Years of application processing experience (IE: Insurance, mortgage, income taxes)
?Call center experience required
?Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Must have excellent attention to detail.
?Ability to multi-task
?Proficient in using cloud CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
?Must be able to work at a fixed location talking on a telephone
Education
?High school diploma required
?Associate's Degree or higher preferred

?Must have a Social Security number and file a US Tax return in the US
?Must be in good standing with the IR
