Marketing assistant & guru

I am currently looking for a talented individual to assist me with my new project; Beerfarm.

Beerfarm is B2C Beer & Wine business with a focus on delivery based near Geneva, ---------- is an exciting project with high potential. I am looking for the right person to work alongside me as a Marketing Manager

The role will involve (but not be limited to) SEO, SEA (PPC), Product Advertising as well as overseeing certain aspects of our social media presence and assisting in Social Media advertising campaigns. (I will look after most aspects of email marketing and contribute significantly to all aspects of our content strategy).

I am looking to for someone who can work from a broad ranging marketing plan and oversee it's roll out and optimisation.

The role may also involve other research or admin tasks as well as general VA or customer service duties.

The successful candidate will play an important role in building a strong brand who's objective is, one day, to become Switzerland's largest independent B2C drinks supplier.

I am currently alone on this project so will need someone who is:

A strong digital marketing operator - can get things done to a high standard
Has strong technical AND Creative skills. Can Execute!
Has an eye for detail - Able to take initiative - Willing to go the extra mile
Is solution focused & full of ENERGY
Is able to work independently
Has strong communication skills
Is able to work in a small structure / start up environment where there's a lot to do and not enough resources to do it.
