Python programmer for GUI & Firefox automation script

I need a script to be written in Python 3 using gecko for Firefox.
The script(s) must interact with a website (select dropdown and click on links), scrape information, read and write an Excel file, interact with a Windows application, and be triggered by time-lapse and file modification.

I could do this myself, but don't have the time to do this today.
