CEO looking for an experience (A Player) Executive Assistant / Integrator

I am looking for a right hand. A thought partner. Someone who can brainstorm ideas and have an ability to pull the vision out, decipher it, create the action plan, pull the resources together and see it through to completion with minimal input from the CEO.

This is not for a general admin who needs lengthy detailed explanations and hand holding every step of the way. The environment is fast paced with multiple projects running simultaneously.
This is for someone who Is a problem solver and takes joy from creating order out of chaos.

A passion for people is a must! A non negotiable. Why?

Firstly, because one of your core roles will be to bring the right people together to create magic and facilitate the running of a well oiled machine. You will fill the role of team leader and will be responsible for hiring, managing, training and and when needed, replacing other team members.

Todd is an entrepreneur with a big vision for massive impact. He has been educating and guiding every day people across Australia and internationally how to take control of their financial lives and design and live out their very best lives.

What this means is that you have to resonate with this mission, you have to be in it with me. If you don’t, then this is the wrong role for you. You must love growth and development and want that for yourself. You have high standards for your self and the work you deliver and are always willing to learn. A 9 to 5 work mentality will not cut it, your mindset must be ‘I’ll get the job done”

You will be expected to learn the business and roles from the inside out and then set up, systemise, and then train other team members to take over lower level tasks so you can focus on solving higher level problems and create further opportunities for growth for the business. You will find the role offers massive growth, massive opportunity, and the ability to gain access to trainings and skills and knowledge and opportunities which can truly change your own life.

Logistics:

This will begin as a part time role (20-25 hrs per week) and will move to full time quickly for the right person.

P/T Timings: 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday AEST - this will be typical hours, however flexibility is definitely required and ---------- om time to time you will be working outside of normal business hours work and the space will be provided to have your own flexibility also.

Remuneration: To be negotiated and discussed based on experience and competency.
