Vistaprint type website

I have a client looking for a quote to build a website like this:

or vistaprint - however, I appreciate Vistaprint is a very complex, custom website, so the functionality of printmonkey.com would be great.

I am seeking quotes for the complete development and delivery of this website, not an hourly rate. I need to know what the cost will be to deliver this website to the client fully operational, tested and working. I also need to see some examples of similar functionality from websites you have built and references from these clients to support your application. For genuine developers, this should not be a problem. I have been disappointed by developers I have used through onlinejobs.ph that have claimed they could handle complex web builds and then not been able to do the work.

The client will have templates for the following types of products - this list is only some examples, not a complete list:

Business Cards, posters, flyers, t-shirts, banners (indoor and outdoor), stickers, magnets, etc.

They want users to be able to select the type of product they are wanting, browse templates and choose the one they like the best, add their logo, contact info, etc and order a quantity for printing. He also wants them to be able to upload their own design like you can in vistaprint.

If possible, I would prefer this website be build using the Wordpress platform.

Your price to deliver a complete website, fully tested and ready to go. This will include design, revisions of design, coding, testing, addition of features from the client (if they ask) and launching to my server. Given the complexity of this website, I would likely retain your services for other projects and to be the support contact for this website. Therefore, I would also like to know your ongoing hourly rate for support and other development work.

Examples of similar work. I need proof that you can build this as it is a complex website.

References from the clients that you have worked with for your examples. I will be contacting them to find out if you are who you say you are. As I said above, genuine developers will not have any problem with this.
