I am looking for a video editor for my YouTube channel: ----------

I am very willed to negotiate the wage as I know that quality has its price. Besides, I would like to offer 3% of my entire YouTube revenue. Here is the reason why I offer this:

I would like to take my YouTube channel to 100,000 subscribers in about 8 to 10 months from now. I know that this is only possible if I have a very competent video editor who also profits from my success.

If you are the person I am looking for, you will have to edit 2 15-minute videos and create 2 thumbnails per week.

As my videos are in the ecommerce/ making money online niche, I do have an average CPM of $25, i.e. that I earn $25 for every 1,000 clicks. Your share of my YouTube revenue might be small in the beginning as I currently just have 5,000 subscribers, but you can calculate yourself how much you will profit per month with a 3% commission once I am at 100,000 subscribers.
