The New Year is already smiling upon our company and we are (once again) expanding our team. We are seeking an experience Web Developer who is familiar with building custom Wordpress plugins to solve a number of solutions.

Custom coded WordPress plugins based on a clients need?
Custom coded WordPress Custom Post Types?
Integrated Wordpress plugins with various 3rd part APIs?

How many hours per week can I expect?
Right now, we're looking at around 10 hours per week and more as we get busier.
Do I have to work certain hours?
For the most part, no you don’t. We allow everyone on our team to work when they’d like (within reason). We ask they fill out a calendar with their work hours so we know when they’ll be available, but those hours are pretty much up to you. There are times, however, when a particular project needs attention and then will ask you to adjust those hours. Fortunately, we are very organized so those times are rare.
What’s the hourly rate?
Our base rate starts at 450 pesos per hour but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you require more, please let us know.
Do you honor 13th Month?
Yes we do.
Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes. We currently have many Filipinos already on our team.
How will you communicate with me?
We use email, Skype, all things Google and plenty of Screencast videos. We track projects in Asana and will show you how to use that if you aren’t familiar with it.
Can I work for others?
You may work for others, however we ask that you commit the number of hours that we agree upon ahead of time (usually at least 10 hours)

How to Apply:
Step 1:
Make the subject of your email “WordPress Coder”
Step 2:
Include your resume with relevant experience.
Include a minimum of 8 links to projects you’ve worked on and give us a little detail as to what specifically you worked on. Make sure that these are not just a list of websites you've configured, but actual PHP coded projects. If you can include open source code samples, even better. (This is your first impression, so make sure you give it your best shot!)
Step 3:
Let us know what 3rd party systems you've worked with in terms of API integrations. (For example, if you've integrated with InfusionSoft, Clickbank, etc.)
Step 4:
Ask us any questions you’d like. The more questions you have, the better. (We love people who aren't afraid to ask questions!)
