Dashboard Expert

I'm looking for someone who is well versed in building dashboard. At a high level, I have real estate inventory that goes through various stages from

1. Lead
2. Research
3. Offer
4. Purchase
5. Market
6. Committed to Sell
7. Sold

I would like to track

1. How many properties are in these different stages
2. the amount of time in each stage on average
3. How much money is allocated in each phase
4. How much profit is made per state, county, partner, acquisition method, etc

This can be done through a variety of tools.
