Online Customer Service - EXPERIENCED ONLY NEED APPLY

Hello,
I'm looking for a few Customer Service Representatives who are able to man our "live chat" desk and help us to resolve service tickets through the "FRESH DESK" System for our website company in the USA.

We are looking for FULL TIME HELP (40 hours)

I need to be able to fill the following time slots (you do not need to work all of them):

Monday-Friday: 9am-10pm
Saturday-Sunday - 10am-2pm

YOU MUST:
1.)Be reliable and show up ON TIME, EVERY TIME that you are set to be working.

2.)Have a RELIABLE, WORKING COMPUTER and INTERNET CONNECTION.

3.)Be a FAST LEARNER - our expectation is that after you've been taught to do something, you will then be able to do it without constant supervision.

4.)Be a FAST WORKER - speed is important as we have a ton of clients and need to get everybody taken care of quickly, correctly and politely.

5.)Have excellent communication skills - English Writing and Speaking.While you won't be "talking" to clients, you will be chatting with them online so your English must be great.

6.)Have a firm understanding of Wordpress - we are a website firm and our sites are developed in Wordpress, we'll help you with this, however, you must have a solid understanding of wordpress before you start.

7.)NO FEAR --> You must be confident and willing to engage with our clients.We've had representatives in the past who were "scared" to chat with clients...this is unacceptable.

8.) Skilled at Documentation - we use a screen capture tool called "Clarify" we're always interested in growing our documentation and you'll be asked to do so as well.

9.) Honest, Kind, and Considerate - We LOVE our clients and expect for them to be spoken to with respect and kindness at all time.

10.) Open to learning Animoto to create quick videos.
