Online Marketing Expert and Web Master

I'm looking for someone who has the ability to write and speak in English, and a trustworthy, eager individual. Must have knowledge and experience in the areas of online and social media marketing, web master, and SEO with strong public relations.
I will hire a full-time worker with 3 months probational period, and this job will be for a long term.

The candidate should:
-Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in Social Media
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+Local, YouTube, etc.) And how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Have experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
-General VA tasks.
