Work hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern or Central ---------- iday you may work your local hours. Please only apply if you're able to commit to this work schedule.

Join the amazing team at Thrive Internet Marketing Agency! We are a US-based, high-powered digital marketing agency growing rapidly and looking for a rock star SEO Specialist to work with our SEO Team.

Looking for an individual that has at least 3 years of experience with SEO to assist the SEO Team in managing and performing all assigned digital marketing tasks.

• An in-depth understanding of search engine behavior: what content search engines crawl and read, what practices to avoid, and what on-page changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or other programming languages
• Creation of highly refined keyword strategies that lay the foundation for the rest of a client's SEO project
• Performing thorough, detailed website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content
• Performing competitive research, identifying what the client's competitors are doing right, what they're doing wrong, and how these tactics influence the client
• Managing execution of SEO strategies, including keyword strategy implementation, technical recommendation implementation and executing tactical strategies based on competitive analysis
• Staying up to date on current industry practices, news and algorithm updates

Compensation:
First 30-days: $800 USD flat rate
After 30-days: $880 USD/month
Eligible for up to $880 USD bonus at the end of the year (Prorated the first year base on start date)
$30 USD/month for internet and $10 USD/month for hotspot reimbursement
