Requirement:

*** Excellent communication skills and sympathy are required ***
- High-Speed Internet
- Distraction-FREE Area for Phone Support
- North American Accent and Familiar with US culture is a big plus. (Easy to build a relationship with our customers)


Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers on behalf of the organization either by email, phone, or chat- the face of the company.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns through service tickets.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken
- Refer issues to department managers for specific actions to be taken
- Monitor progress and follow-ups to each department for speedy resolution
- Maintain constant communication with the customers until issue resolution
- Handle complaints and escalations to the manager
- Maintains positive relationships with the customers and co-workers
- Documents updates in the customer support process for future reference
- Continuously look for improvements in the customer support process
