E-mail / Text Messenger / FB Inquiry Answerer

I'm looking for someone who can answer emails, texts, and facebook messages for our company. This job should be pretty straight forward as I have already created an entire document with templates for you to send, you just have to edit them slightly according to the customer's request, put the required action for me in a separate document, and then follow up when you obtain the information you need from me.

This job would be part-time, and depending on the amount of E-mails / Text Messages / FB Inquiries you answer in an hour & the quality with which you answer them you will be paid more. $2 at minimum, $5 at most.
