We are a growing e-commerce store looking for an Operations Assistant to help with order fulfillment, logistics, and data entry. We are also looking for someone with customer service experience since this will be a hybrid role position.
This job requires extremely high attention to detail, patience and the candidate must be a very careful and attentive person. You must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as you may occasionally need to
Main Duties include:
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Managing and Organizing Invoices, PO’s and Receipts
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Organizing Order Data
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Solving Order Issues with Suppliers and Customers
• Other Basic Operations and Administrative tasks
Working times would be US working hours. Training is provided and compensated. There will be an initial 1-month trial period

3. You will be able to work from 10 PM - 7 AM (1-hour break) PHT
