Qualifications:
• A graduate of any 4-5 year course from a reputable school
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a TRAINER preferably in a multinational company
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Should have experience in handling tiltes/mortgage account as a Trainer
Domain Knowledge
• Must have deed knowledge and experience in researching and resolving title issues and discrepancies.
• Should have sound knowledge of reviewing title evidence and curing title defects of record
•Should have knowledge in reviewing and clearing all preliminary title reports and/or property and judgment reports.
•Must have exposure and knowledge to perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all
US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
• Must have knowledge in relevant regulatory practices surrounding the title and settlement business.
•Should be familiar with some of the common and uncommon title commitments for irregularities. Determine solutions for
irregularities and act on determination to resolve.
•Should have sound knowledge on all necessary clearance documentation to cure defects
•Having experience in working with attorneys and negotiate HOA liens/property liens would be an added advantage
•Should have exposure to improper transfers of title and lot line adjustment issues
•Must come with experience title search (full search/Two Owner Search)
•Have experience in reviewing the Purchase contracts and be able to judge accuracy and completeness of the contract
•Must have sound exposure and experience in knowing the details of Secondary or junior mortgages, Lines of credit,
Judgments, Demands, Liens, Unpaid taxes, Special assessments, Easements, Leases and Other legal issues specific to the
area
•Must a deep understand the titles search methods and sources
•Must be able to cite all the applicable clauses/conditions as part of the title search.
•Must be able to review the chain of title and cite any discrepancies
•Must be able to review the property interception and elicit finding that may cause potential title defects
•Must be able to review the property inspection and elicit finding that may cause potential title defects
•Must be able to training to review all schedules of the title commitment.
•Must be able to cite any conditions in critical information in schedule A
•Must be able to cite any conditions in critical information in schedule B such as Easements, Covenants, Conditions,
Restrictions, Encumbrances, Court actions, Taxes
•Must have the knowledge to cite endorsements
•Should be able to demonstrate scenarios with appropriate case studies

Responsinilities:
•Conduct domain/pre-process training & track relevant accesses for new-hires
•Conduct process training as needed by management to support the business objectives.
•To monitor employee productivity and quality, and provide training when required
•To regularly plan and hold coaching and feedback sessions with employees
•Ensure the new hires adhere to compliance courses before they move to process training
• Create and manage training related reports, matrix and database
•Version control the training content and SOP to suit business needs
•To work with subject matter experts to consistently improve new employee training material and procedures
•Validating and updating course content, preparing training materials, and facilitating training sessions
•Actively engage in formatting process related documents such as SOP’s, Training Manuals and Job-aids to adhere
corporate branding compliance
•To evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically
•To effectively communicate with internal clients and manage and negotiate challenges and conflict
•Willingness to travel other locations on business requirements
•Must have proven knowledge in preparing training plans, ramp-up, assessment, and Q&A session, etc.,
•Ability to handle multiple training batches
•Ability to make decision from training progress in terms of proving necessary action/support to learners
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Must have proven ability in content and course creation
