Marketing-Social Media-Writing

I'm looking for someone with diverse skills in marketing, including social media and writing. Together we will develop and market to several niches in the Real Estate and Investing (experience in Real Estate is helpful but not required). Initially, you will be asked to enter probate leads from a .csv file and import it into a CRM (most likely ZOHO). Next, a drip e-mail or letter campaign, Followed by a landing page where the prospect will be sent. You will be instrumental in development, copy, and graphics. Additionally, I plan on creating short youtube videos so editing skills will be helpful. You should be independent but never afraid to ask a question if you are uncertain of how to complete a task. I appreciate honesty and loyalty and will provide the same to you. Of course, I will provide clear instructions to make each task easiest.
To be considered, you don't need all of these skills. Just let me know what you are comfortable with or if you are willing to ---------- closing, I'm looking for someone to work with me, not for me. My success is dependent on your commitment and partnership. The salary would start as part-time with the hope of transitioning to full time and bonuses will be considered based on performance.
