Customer Care / Virtual Assistant

We are a busy graphics company in California, USA looking for a virtual assistant to work during the hours of 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. We specialize in designing for the real estate and other industries.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You... must understand, write and speak English fluently.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs, such as Word, Excel, etc.

Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or In-Design, a plus.

Daily tasks will include order taking and answering phones/emails.
