Affiliate Marketing Wordpress Design & Development

I'm looking for someone to re-design and re-develop a Wordpress "affiliate marketing" site for buying and selling gold and silver online. This is connected to a real brick and mortar store but people are able to send in their gold and silver through mail using the online forms on the website.

I have done extensive professional marketing and advertising and conversions are poor, so obviously it is the website that is the conversion issue. This is developed Wordpress site with content, images, videos that needs to be redone with proper sales copy that converts.

Looking for a well designed and developed website that has strong sales copy and converts, i.e. people submit their gold and silver and/or contact for further details.

Wage/Salary set to negotiable because I am new to this marketplace.

May turn into a long-term relationship depending on performance/outcome.
