JOB OVERVIEW

*IMPORTANT*
Design & typography standards will need to be at an ADVANCED level. I am a designer myself so it has to be a high Upgrade to see actual infootoshop and Illustrator should be your core skills. Please only continue reading if this is you.

I am looking for an advanced graphic designer who is proficient at creating imagery for social media (especially Instagram) and wants to earn $400/month! The role would also include some writing as you will need to summarise articles into images, and write suitable captions, with appropriate hashtags. The role will also need to do community management of a Facebook group tailored to designers.

A bonus is if you can do video + podcast editing. We have interviews recorded on Zoom and would need these edited for publishing on YouTube & Podcasts.

CORE ROLE:

GRAPHIC DESIGN & MULTIMEDIA
- Key roles will be turning articles from my blog (Upgrade to see actual info) & pre-written captions into creative Instagram Carousel posts and single posts with imagery. - Create imagery & social media captions for Instagram, LinkedIn and FB with hashtags.
- Reposting & re-sharing this content on other platforms (eg. Creating images in the right size and scheduling on platforms using Buffer)
- Creating podcast graphics (Square and YouTube) from pre-created templates

MARKETING & SALES (SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING)
- A solid understanding of Instagram and social media marketing is required.
- Content planning may come later as we develop our relationship

WRITING

- Writing as a skill is helpful as I will be sending articles that need to be distilled down for social Upgrade to see actual infoMUNITY MANAGEMENT

- Facebook Community Management + Engagement Twice a Week
- Email Support (Maybe later)
- Personal Assistant (Perhaps a bit later)


SECONDARY ROLES

VIDEO EDITING
- Video editing (simple movies in iMovie are fine). These are usually Zoom calls that we turn into YouTube Upgrade to see actual infoe Upgrade to see actual info for what we mean.
- Creating snippets from the videos + adding Subtitles for social media.

PODCAST EDITING
- We have a podcast, JUST Branding, and ideally could get someone to edit one podcast episode every two weeks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Social Media Moderation (Facebook Community Management)

OFFICE & ADMIN
- Email Management
