Copywriter for book descriptions and cold emails for a publishing company

My publishing company is looking for an experienced copywriter with impeccable English (min. level C2).

The main tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- writing and proofreading Amazon book descriptions
- writing and proofreading outreach cold emails
- proofreading introductions to books to ensure they draw the reader in

Generally, there are 2 types of tasks: writing fresh copy and proofreading copy. The pay structure reflects this.

Pay:
- 15 USD per 1000 words of original copy
- 5 USD per thousand words of proofread and edited copy
with a definite possibility for increases if the quality and speed of deliverables are good.

Requirements:
- impeccable English
- experience in a variety of copywriting settings
- attention to detail
- drive (the more high-quality books you produce, the more you get paid)
- creative writing (if you go above and beyond, you will be rewarded for it)
- willingness to take constructive criticism
- fast communication, sometimes via video calls
