I have a Real Estate Business that I am willing to hand over for you to run, so that instead of being an employee, you will be running it as if it is your own. This will require you to oversee all aspects of the business. I will provide existing infrastructure, inventory, and what needs to be done. I will be spinning up another Real Estate Business, so i don’t have time to run this one. If you are willing to run this on a commission based this could be a great opportunity for you.

Just so you don’t think this is a scam. My current inventory cost me over $84,000 USD. And is worth considerably more, at a bare minimum $125,000. There is at least $8000 for you to make by running this business, maybe more depending on how much things sell for.

This is not a typical job that you see on this site. This is an opportunity to see if you can be an entrepreneur with someone else’s money. What you have to put in is your time, effort, and brainpower (creativity and mindset). What you get is potentially more than you would make if I hired you as a VA, which was my original intention. And if you can make it in this business, I will support you in continuing to run business 1, and also pull you into business 3, which is a very parallel business.

This role requires the following skills.

Marketing various real estate properties
Following up with leads via email/text/phone and completing the sale
Advertising these properties consistently across as many platforms as possible
Researching properties to ensure that the data is being accurately advertised.
Making videos / editing photos

High level this is a great fit for a GVA with Real Estate Experience who wants to test their entrepreneur skills without the risk of investing their own money.
