Divi expert - Convert PSD files to Wordpress Divi Theme

Hi!

I am in need of somebody who can convert PSD files like these to Wordpress (Divi):

It is essential that the website is customizable using only the Divi options. The site needs to meet the following requirements:
- 5 pages made in the Divi theme. No Child themes allowed.
- Presets need to be made so that the colors of the site can be changed instantly. (like this: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/divi-resources/download-a-free-global-presets-style-guide-for-divis-financial-advisor-layout-pack)
- Responsive and minimal use of CSS
- Images need to be changed, as well as colors. I can provide these.
