Illustrator wanted!

I need a male/female illustrator. Primarily for clothing, but also for other things in the POD area. If you can draw very well and vectorize it, then you are the right person for me! I am interested in a long-term collaboration. For the beginning 100 US-Dollar per month + bonus for good sales. How much or what to pay for it depends on the quality. We will discuss this in the next step.
