Sales Professional for Growing Business

I own a video editing company called Tube Edits. We help YouTuber's, real estate agents, small businesses, and others edit their videos. Currently we have 3+ solid monthly clients with over 30 pieces of video content total and more. My goal is to get to where we are converting 5 new leads into clients each month.

I am looking for a single person to do the following:
•Take charge and source new leads
•Convert leads into monthly clients
•Cold call, etc. do what you need to do to find the leads.
•Manage incoming emails, leads (sales experience necessary)
•Help with social media/marketing tasks
•Manage social media/marketing
•Send out mass emails using CRM software (Zoho)
•Communicate with leads and clients
•Must have Master English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

I can pay you a small fixed rate, something like $100/month. Your incentive will be to convert new clients onto our monthly package plans (4 videos per month for $250, or up to 10 videos per month for $500). You will be paid a bonus for each new lead you convert into a client.

You will be required to use your knowledge and skills to resource these leads. Currently our main source of marketing is through ---------- ads and Facebook groups.
