Job Role: Inside Sales Agent [Appointment Setter]

Work Remotely [Yes/No]: Yes

Company: Century21 Northwest

Hours and Schedule: FIXED
7:30am - 6pm, (2hrs break 12nn-2pm) Pacific Standard Time

Work Duration: Full-time

Rate or Salary Range: $3/hour plus unlimited incentives (personal and team bonuses)

We are looking for people to dial aged data for REAL ESTATE OWNERS with the below qualifications:
1. Achiever / Goal setter
2. Willing to trained by top-notched sales coach
3. With Real Estate Agent back ground is an advantage
4. Strong and Willingness to close deals with the client
5. Well versed and written in English
6. Positive thinker / Optimist
7. Have a strong SALES BACKGROUND

REQUIREMENTS:
•MUST have a STRONG SALES BACKGROUND
•Proven experience as an Appointment Setter and Sales Representative
•Call center experience is an advantage
•Computer literate.
•Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
•Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent phone etiquette.
•Professional and courteous disposition.
•Persuasive and results-oriented.
•Available to work in Graveyard shift
•Computer system must have an i3 core or above it and total internet speed of 10 MBPS at least. MUST HAVE BACK UP
