Facebook Ads Strategist

We’re looking for a highly motivated & creative Facebook Ads Strategist with a high attention to detail and organization, loves working with teams, and has a slight knack for copywriting and marketing to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to help a growing digital marketing agency help insurance agents reach more people in their target demographics so that more employees, business owners, parents, and breadwinners protect and secure their family’s financial future through insurance.

Specifically, we help insurance agents grow their client base through results-focused Facebook Ad campaigns.

Our primary promise is to help them capture the market’s attention and get qualified leads.

We do a pretty good job of helping our clients, but now need someone to help us not only create and manage, but also boost the effectiveness of our ad campaigns so we can help them help more families get insured (especially NOW with our current health crisis).


With this in mind, we’re loo king for someone who’s excited about the idea bigger than themselves -- helping families get peace-of-mind in times of great uncertainties.

You’re going to be responsible for:
Creating ad creatives (images, vids, etc) that make people stop scrolling their newsfeed.
Creating new ad audiences and ad copies that move people to take action now. We already have enough research materials -- pain points, fears, frustrations, wants & desires -- which you can work on right away :-)
Manage & optimize campaigns as needed. If it’s working right off the bat, you don’t even have to touch it again in a million years...okay maybe from time to time! :-)


This is a 100% remote role, you can do this whenever and wherever you want so long as you hit the goals we set together. We’ll give you more information on what those are when we chat!
