Hi there,

Our company, branched in ENF Solar and ENF Recycling, is rapidly growing, and is looking to hire 2 exceptional salespeople.
Our core values are Honesty, Quality and Efficiency, we are firm believers in empowering people into being energy supplier independent, conserving the natural resources of the earth.
A 15-year company, we have created a directory for any company across the world, in the renewable and recycling industry, to promote their products and services in a well-structured manner, from solar systems, solar panels, to plastic and paper recycling and more.
We’re focused on making the planet a better place for all of us to live, while taking care of our own people, make the work that we do as fun and interactive as humanly possible.

As we are looking to extend our sales function, we are looking to source brilliant, outspoken people, customer oriented. Some of the other traits that we are looking:
- Fluent English is a MUST, both speaking and writing, if you happen to speak a second other European language that is even better (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Good understanding of solar products and recycling, or openness to learn very fast
- Ability to quickly create rapport and build relationships
- Independent nature or self-learner
- Sales experience and especially in consultative sales or account management is preferred
- Marketing and Sales techniques and methods, sales process in a consultative manner
- Advertising or Marketing Agency experience is a nice to have
- Good IT infrastructure, internet connection in regard to both latency and speed, good working hardware

If you know that you are the right person, then this is what your tasks will be:
- Using internal databases, you will contact companies that are listed on our website to persuade them to access a paid plan, that will give them more account features, such as personalized video, company description and so on
- You will manage each assigned contact end to end, from the moment you contact them until they use a purchasing order – lean nurturing
- You will keep track of the calls that you will be making, prepare reports as needed for management
